I will have someone look at why the sign up links for ELS Production account and ELS Sandbox account are broken. Can you use a different module for USPS rates to charge the customer, such as Weight Table Based Shipping - but use the Endicia and USPS modules to print the postage? I see that you need to have the USPS shipping module enabled. Does somebody have the current link? Also, the latest setup instructions? The latest I have is from the Miva 9 User Ref from 2016-09.
